چکیده
High population densities of the potato cyst nematodes (PCN) Globodera pallida and G. rostochiensis cause substantial yield losses to production (Solanum tuberosum) due delay caused tuber formation by retardation plant growth. It requires meticulous estimation using soil sampling applying right combination nematode management deal with PCN problem. This study aims assess use an unmanned vehicle (UAV) in detecting estimating effect ranges a PCN, pallida, on four cultivated cultivars resistance naturally infested field The Netherlands. First, initial density (Pi) was estimated intensive method collecting about 1.5 kg per m2 from center each 3 × 5 m plot. At harvest, fresh (Avarna, Fontane, Sarion, Serresta) were assessed. Seinhorst loss model used investigate relationship between Pi yield. Secondly, spatial data UAV optical thermal sensors analyzed find any indices. By classical model, all found be affected relative minimum m, which ranged 0.26 0.40. maximum varied 49.48 80.36 tons (ha)?1. at started deteriorate range 0.62–2.16 eggs (g dry soil)?1. A regression observed Pi, indices similar pattern that except for cultivar Avarna two (NDRE NDVI). Unlike tolerance limit, values indices—except chlorophyll index—differ when compared among other within same cultivar. indicates can useful detection decision making statutory purposes but not damage (except index).

Field evaluation of the nematicide fluensulfone for control of the potato cyst nematode Globodera pallida
BACKGROUND Three field experiments evaluated the performance of the nematicide fluensulfone against the potato cyst nematode Globodera pallida in Shropshire, England. RESULTS Experiments 1 and 2 showed reduced root infection and lowered multiplication of G. pallida following fluensulfone (Nimitz 15G(®) ) soil treatments at five rates (1.95, 3.00, 4.05 (full rate), 5.05 and 6.00 kg AI ha(-1) )...
متن کاملUnmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Cooperative Mission Planning
Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) is a kind of new operational platform possessing ability to flight autonomously and perform independently a task, which can not only carry out non-attack tasks, such as military reconnaissance, surveillance and search, but also to carry out tasks to air-to-ground attacking, target bombing and so on. With the rapid development of UAVtechnology, more and more UAV will ...
متن کاملStage-specific Monoclonal Antibodies to the Potato Cyst Nematode Globodera pallida Stone (Behrens).
Using standard hybridoma technology and hierarchical screening, monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) were obtained with specific reactivity against two developmental stages of Globodera pallida. The procedure was based on enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) with homogenates prepared from second-stage juveniles, young adult females, and potato roots. Hybridomas were formed by fusing myelomas with ...
متن کاملMM-UAV: Mobile Manipulating Unmanned Aerial Vehicle
Given significant mobility advantages, UAVs have access to many locations that would be impossible for an unmanned ground vehicle to reach, but UAV research has historically focused on avoiding interactions with the environment. Recent advances in UAV size to payload and manipulator weight to payload ratios suggest the possibility of integration in the near future, opening the door to UAVs that...
متن کاملA multipartite mitochondrial genome in the potato cyst nematode Globodera pallida.
The mitochondrial genome (mtDNA) of the plant parasitic nematode Globodera pallida exists as a population of small, circular DNAs that, taken individually, are of insufficient length to encode the typical metazoan mitochondrial gene complement. As far as we are aware, this unusual structural organization is unique among higher metazoans, although interesting comparisons can be made with the mul...
